All things Exercise - Macro and Micro Framework

Hello Peter, from an exercise nerd to another: I am 24 years old and self employed in financial industry- therefore a lot of flexibility time wise. I am a recreational athlete, who wants to really push to my maximum potential and become as elite as possible. The goal is to maximize strength and overall fitness while also respecting long term longevity (Nothing sports specific, although practicing martial arts at a minimum of 2x/week of Boxing) You already spoke briefly in AMA's about exercise macro framework Weekly Schedule: 4x Strength - 4x Zone 2 Cardio -2x Zone 5 Now the questions, that I couldn't find the answers to in any AMA so far: - What is the daily/ weekly work-set volume? - What are the rep of your various exercises? - How many sets do you do per any given exercise? - What are all the specific exercises do you do in your upper/lower body split? (What does a typical day of training look like after the infamous squat / deadlift) - What exercises do you choose that respect biomechanics? - What of the classic bodybuilding do you disregard that mostly only train the linear plain in an isolated movement (which is not meaning linear isolation of muscle stimulation is bad, but it comes as a trade off of movement/ functionality and overall biomechanics)

Myofascial Release

What are your thoughts on Myofascial Release? Especially for someone who lifted for a considerable time and finds himself with multiple restrictions in the fascia from repeatedly lifting and therefore having trained themselves into draining posture and poor mechanics
