There are systems available such as LIVE O2 that provide reservoirs for holding 100% and low oxygen such that they can be used during exercise to duplicate altitude training. EWOT is one term for this type of training. The scientific studies on these seems low. Curious if you have looked at these devices/systems and what your opinion is of training with 100% O2 and contrasting it with low (14%) O2 during cardio exercise?
Hey there, Wondering if you could share if you have a protocol (or there is an ideal protocol) for after bad night's sleep (eg short duration, poor quality, etc)? Particularly for fellow physicians who don't work at home (ie can't nap). Modafinil? Caffeine? Suffer through it.
I'm interested in a deep dive on the use of stimulants as a treatment for ADHD and as a general nootropic. Curious what Peter's opinion is on safety and efficacy of their use for both children and adults and what studies support those views. Perhaps he could bring an expert on to speak about ADHD and treatments. I would be interested to hear his point of view. Thank you.
