Your Monday - Sunday workout plan (Lift: M/W/F/Sun Lift, Cardio: Tue/Thur/Sat/Sun) is helpful. I am also interested in knowing specifically *what* exercises you are doing for upper and lower lifting days. Would you be open to publishing a 4-6+ week routine for your premium subscribers? Something that we can prescribe ourselves as we should "be our own coach" as you mention.
I was Dx with a mild genetic Mito. Dysfuct. via Dr. Hyman's group several years ago & have since really focused much of my training on Zone 2. I understand there is no great way to test at this time beyond muscle biopsy. They use a test called MitoSwab +. Comparing results from initial testing 2 yrs ago to now, it appears the number of mitochondria has grown exponentially, although they still seem to suck at their function. Is there any other way to increase their efficiency?
Hi Peter, I have found your podcast so helpful, thank you! I am 68 year old female with optimal metabolic labs, but my Uric acid is high (6-9). My diet is low carb and I restrict feeding to 8 hours. I recently started Quercitin (500 mg). What do you think is going on biochemically and am I destined to take allopurinol?
