Most important health and performance metrics to check for longevity

Dear Team, could you please share an overview of the most important health related metrics to check for longevity and ideally target zones by age group? This would help so much considering that regular doctors miss a lot of them (eg. certain blood markers, vo2max, avg glucose, etc.)

Where can we follow along with a DNS/stability protocol that is low to no-cost?

It's likely that many people don't live near a Prague school practitioner, so where can we find another stability training that we could do everyday?

Would zone 2 training with rowing achieve any hypertrophy or strength benefit to upper body?

Since mitochondria effects are somewhat local to the muscles being worked during zone 2, is it likely that zone 2 rowing would allow us to add more strength and muscle in future workouts?

Can you discuss long COVID related fatigue? Possible causes and any potential therapies which may help?

Oral Testosterone

Thank you for the discussion on TRT. I've been using a prescription of testosterone, which is a 100MG Troche Drop. The active ingredient says testosterone. I'm not confident we understand the cause of the low level of 100. What would be a good course of action to review the best treatment for me? Thank you!
