ApoB and Lp(a)

Hello, Is it safe to take a statin to drive down ApoB (136 mg/dl) if your Lp(a) is high 218.3 nmol/L? I have read that statins significantly raise the risk of CV events in people with high Lp(a). How should this be managed given these 2 risk factors?

Slope of CGM Curve

When looking at a CGM curve, should I be optimizing for the smallest slope possible or the least amount of area under the curve? In other words, should I eat a small amount of carbohydrates 30min before a big meal to trigger a more gradual insulin response? Thanks for all the good work.

Viagra, Cilalis and PDE5 inhibitors

Vasopressin

I’m healthy 52 (follow just about every Peter Attia siggestion to the T). But I pee 4-5 times a night. No water after 5pm, no caffeine after 8am, no alcohol at all. Is vasopressin my only recourse? This condition affects far more women than willing to admit to it!

High TSH and Reverse T3 with normal FT4 and FT3

Peter says that TSH should optimally be below 2. My TSH is 4.3, Reverse T3 28, FT3 3.2, FT4 1.4. What are the strategies when you encounter similar scenarios?
