I'm a man nearing 70 and of average fitness - fit in some areas not so much in others. What would be a good average wattage to maintain during a 20 minute workout?

Role of Krill Oil as a supplement

I’ve heard good things about Krill Oil, especially from some very active athletes, on their ability to recover. Can you comment on whether Krill Oil lives up to the hype, and how it fits into a balanced strategy. Should we only consume Krill, balance that with a general omega 3, or ignore Krill Oil totally?

Zone 2 and Swimming

Hi Peter and Bob, I was listening to an earlier AMA on zone 2 training, and noted that the beneficial effects of zone 2 may be localised to working muscles. Could swimming be a solution to this? Would the often hypoxic nature of swimming itself interfere with normal lactate production? Are there logistical problems involved?

Balancing strength and cardio

Dear Peter, how can I balance between trying to build lean muscle mass and at the same time improve cardiovascular fitness (specifically by swimming)? And are my goals compatible with time-restricted feeding, if my body tends to lose rather than gain weight? My goal is to optimize health and get in better shape. Thank you!
