At the end of "Not another COVID newsletter" in the wrap up, Peter brought up critical thinking and asking questions. In addition to critical thinking, how does one develop clarity of thought? I feel like my head is mostly a jumble of loosely connected facts that don't allow me to coherently defend an opinion I have or see the bigger picture. How is Peter able to think clearly about topics and form strong opinions and really believe in what he thinks?
My parents have always said that drinking milk is important especially for bones. I've been drinking milk a lot since I was a child. However, during the recent years I've read and heard some contradictory recommendations about the health impact of dairy. Do you recommend drinking milk and or consuming dairy and how important calcium from diet is for our bones?
