The sudden death of Bob Saget, age 60
Could you talk about sudden death cardiac events and how one can try to prevent such a situation? I assume Mr. Saget had ongoing good quality medical care, but somehow his heart just stopped on him. Perhaps the ApoB test may have alerted his medical team of his condition. Any devices you can recommend to wear if you are high risk (like an Apple watch).

I just finished your AMA on male TRT. I loved it, but would like to have your thoughts on the effect/pros/cons for TRT replacement for women. Also, you eluded to it in the TRT AMA, but never directly addressed it, what are your recommendations on the various administration options, and does your recommendation change based on sex?
Low Daily Average Glucose
I recently began using a CGM and my daily average glucose was in the 90-100 range. In an attempt to reduce my glucose further, I decreased my carb intake and shortened my feeding window. These changes pushed my daily average glucose into the 60-70 range. I am generally healthy, non-diabetic and not in ketosis. For generally healthy individuals, is there a daily average glucose level that is too low?
