Dandelion root and apoptosis

Someone sent me a website that claimed dandelion root could induce apoptosis. I’m sure this is not real, but where does this information come from? I saw a few studies on them but was unsure of how to navigate them. Is there any truth to this claim at all or is it completely made up? I know you have covered apoptosis in detail, but are is there any new info on apoptosis?

What do you use for you patients when dosing 2 x weekly subcutaneously? Thanks in advance!

Future research projects and research questions.

Zone 2 lactate vs HR

I took Peter's advise and started measuring my lactate after training. During one of my harder runs my HR was very high 80% of Max, so I expected to have high lactate. Surprisingly it was only 1.6 mmol/L. Should HR and lactate levels not be correlated? If my lactate was, so low why I felt, so tired only after 30 min of this run? Cheers
