COVID 19 Long Term Side effects

I haven't heard anything from Peter about the studies Rhonda Patrick has shared about long term side effects of COVID 19. @ Iñigo San Millan - Core Body Temp training adaptations

I would be interested on iñigos take on the relevance of heat adaptation in world class as well as leisure athletes concerned with longevity. It seems like tour de france athletes are using the swiss Company CORE. Could peter also comment on their technology of heat transfer? With respect to long.: if the strategy of inducing heat shock proteins is valid, would you recommend the tactic of combining zone 2 and heat stress for maximum benefits? Thanx in advance!!

Can sauna count as zone 2 training?

Dear Peter, since sauna increases your heart rate and mimics cardiovascular exercise (to an extent), how can one best incorporate this into a training regimen with weight lifting and cardio activity as well without overtraining? In a perfect world I would do all 3 every day, but I don't always have that opportunity. For example, if 20 minutes of sauna is equivalent to 20 minutes of zone 2 training, should I do less cardio on sauna days and vice versa? Thanks for all you do for us!

Radon, Reality or Fraud

My home radon detector shows high levels. My husband, after much research, has concluded that the science/evidence is terrible and radon in homes is not a real concern. Peter cares about longevity...if radon really causes so many people to die of lung cancer, why is this not at the top of everyone's list for preventable death? Can you guys find any real studies or evidence that supports the idea that radon levels found within homes can directly cause lung cancer deaths in non-smokers? Main question: What does Peter think about radon? Thank you.

Zone 2 Training and Intermittent Fasting

Does training zone 2 cause loss of muscle similar to higher intensity cardio exercises when intermittent fasting?
