A lot of places that suggest fasting also say it should be done under medical supervision. What does medical supervision actually entail? What are the risks that medical supervision is watching out for? What protocol should a MD follow when a patient is fasting?

GLP1 cancer risk

Hello Peter, Is risk of cancer from GLP1 drugs serious enough in your opinion to factor into one's decision on whether to take them? I have seen some studies pointing to the fact that this may be a risk. I would appreciate your opinion on the matter.

Mitigating side effects and effectiveness of COVID vaccine in children mRNA vaccination

Considering the approved Pfizer mRNA COVID vaccine in children 5-11 and 12-15, does the literature support either one of these mitigating factors for decreasing the incidence of myocarditis, and is there any effect of vaccine effectiveness? one dose versus two, spacing doses to more than 8 weeks apart, lower dose, etc .

Glucose levels

It is not clear to me what a relatively fit individual who does not consume extraordinary amounts of carbohydrates can do to keep glucose levels lower than 150 -postprandial. The CGM is a great tool but comes with many unanswered questions. Short of meds and or are meds indicated? Thank you.

More quantity

Can you mix in some AMA's that aren't deep dives on single topics every once in a while. The single subject AMA's are good, but a rapid fire segment in every AMA, or an every-other-episode model where you do 10 random questions would be nice variety.
