To eat or not eat meat?

Peter! It is so confusing to know what the research says (correlation vs. causation). What are the studies done on vegan diets vs. meat (how often, which kinds) and fish? Would love an AMA on this :) thanks for everything you and your team have taught me so far!

Can you discuss your opinion on the cost/benefit of getting the COVID vaccine and booster, on the individual and societal level, across age groups? For the societal level – can you discuss this in the context of the vaccines ability to prevent spread. For the ‘cost,’ would you be able to touch on the risk of myocarditis (by age and # of doses) and possibly neuropathy (GBS). As a bonus I would love to hear your thoughts on the utility of mask – both at the beginning of the pandemic and now. Thanks much.
