Have you ever thought of designing a curriculum for physicians and other healthcare professionals? I'm sure people would pay for it. I know I would. Most of us want more knowledge to help our patients, but we don't have the time or energy to read that much and also to separate the wheat from the chafe. Lastly, organizing the information is itself a service to help make it easier to assimilate.
Examples: patient with non-insulin dependent diabetes with A1c of 6.4 has TG level at 63 and HDL 66. Other patients will have fasting insulin below 5 yet have a fasting glucose or A1c in the pre-diabetes range. Why the discrepancy? (OGTT and CGMs usually not possible in my patient population. Thanks!)
Hello, I hope this finds you well. Peter has consistently mentioned on the podcast that he is optimizing to be as functional as a 60 year old at age 100…the centarian olympian. I think the most prime example of such an individual may be Fauja Singh, a 110 year old marathon runner based in the UK, hailing from punjab. I was wondering if you could possibly arrange a conversation with him or his healthcare providers/those that have done analysis of him to get an insight into a real life example of such an individual for the audience. Thank you for your consideration, and all the work that you do.
