Peter - I was surprised about your comments on the Joe Rogan Podcast regarding masks. Could you please clarify your view about wearing masks as a means to prevent infection? In addition, you spoke briefly about some of your recommended treatments for your patients who test positive for Covid-19, but could you elaborate on your complete protocol after a positive test? Urolithin A supplementation for increased mitophagy

Urolithin A (UA) is a gut microbiome-derived natural compound that only 40% of people can naturally convert from dietary precursors from the gut-microbiome conversion of ellagatins/ ellagic acid in the diet (from pomegranites, berries, etc.). Positive effects of direct UA administration in health, aging, and age-related conditions have been identified in several recent studies. Urolithin A is now available as a supplement (I started 2 weeks ago). Do you think this is something worth trying? I am particularly interested in prevention of Parkinson's disease, but shouldn't increased mitophagy be a good thing anyway?

When are you going to put out a Peter Attia Exercise Program that includes all your important exercise routines previously discussed on your podcast for the rest of us to subscribe to and follow? Something like Sam Harris' Waking up App or the 5x5 App with specific exercises, increments, and videos to show how to do the exercises? I'm 58 and can't wait much longer, but don't have access to the world class trainers you train with our consult with to do you program!
