Bisphosphonates and actual hip or spine fracture reduction

Please address the actual hip or spine fracture reduction possible in postmenopausal women if a bisphosphonate, such as alendronate is taken for 3-5 years. Not just changes in bone density . An in-depth analysis of osteoporosis "treatment" would be appreciated. Thank you,

BPC 157

Are there quality evidence to support use of BPC 157 oral or injectable? What are the potential risks and long term side effects and benefits?

SARS–CoV–2 Spike Impairs DNA Damage Repair and Inhibits V(D)J Recombination In Vitro

https://www.mdpi.com/1999-4915/13/10/2056 This paper draws scary conclusions. However, it seems that the journal isn't reputable. It'd be good to get an expert's opinion on this and other potential misinformation about vaccine safety. This is particularly relevant as many people consider the pros and cons of a booster shot.

PCOS

Hi Peter and the Team, Could you please record an episode about polycystic ovary syndrome? Although it is a common condition, there is very little information on how to deal with it outside fertility treatments. How does it affect longevity? Is the condition preventable? What should people with PCOS pay particular attention to regarding their health? Thank you

Crohns/Ulcerative Colitis

Hey, I was looking at your topics and didn't see anything on Crohns/ulcerative colitis. I signed up for your monthly subscription just now to hopefully get more information on this chronic disease. Long story short, I've been diagnosed with colitis ever since I was 18years old. I am 30 now, female. My last scope showed great improvements, just mild redness and mild inflammation. My hs-CRP is very elevated, in the 40s. I don't have much symptoms anymore but the new GI doc wants to put me on biologics.. specifically Stelara. Before my last scope i've been trying peptides, BPC-157. Also, high dose CBD/CBG. Maybe this is why it looks like i'm improving. I'm nervous to be put on a biologic treatment but my GI doc said "its not a matter of if, its a matter of when you will get colon cancer." Pretty crazy statement to tell a patient I think. I was just wondering if you had any insight on this disease? Insight on biologic treatments such as Humeria & Stelara? How effective are they really? Are they risky? Also, you discovered your daughter at ulcerative colitis with high chronic inflammation, how would you go about treatment? Do you think peptides are still worth pursuing? I know alot of questions.. I'm just trying to make the right decision for myself and i'm sure there are alot of people out there in a similar position. I keep hearing that doctors just don't know much about Crohns/colitis, only know how to manage symptoms...
