The role of LH and FSH in outcomes of TRT

In dogs neutering, especially at a young age, has an increased incidence of various malignancies. It has been suggested this may be due to resulting very high levels of LH/FSH. Any studies addressing this in people?

Ultimate nutrition additives to decrease protein agglomeration

Im 63, WFPB, run 7mi/day, BP:112/62 TC:140 CT Angio shows 0 plaque, VO2MAX 48.2 (so in OK shape) , very much into health span and longevity. Seems to me that IF I don't get hit by a bus, and dont get cancer - and don't become obese, most other serious age related diseases seem to involve protein agglomeration and plaque and general endothelium abuse. For example, I drink 2 cups of soy milk plus ground flaxseed plus Flavamix (900 flavanols or cacao powder) plus green tea extract - which from what I've read is good for endothelium repair. When else can I do to reduce plaque and internal abuse from protein buildup (and cross linking). Everything else seems a distant 3rd place to Cancer, plaque/agglomeratin. Sincerely

Centenarian Olympics

Peter has discussed the Octogenarian Olympics a few times (esp. AMA #50), a list of eighteen or so things he wants to do well later in life, e.g. picking up a great grandchild. It would be fascinating to hear the complete list and more on how he's approaching it.

Formula 1 Post-season Recap Episode

A Formula 1 post-season recap episode with Matthew Walker and/or Paul Conti would be excellent! Maybe it could be a bonus or out-of-band episode, since nerding out on F1 may not be everyone's bag.
