Do you think highly reliable liquid biopsies will actually lead to longer lives?

You seem excited by the prospect of curing cancer by earlier detection through liquid biopsy, once they become more sensitive and reliable in detecting cancers at Stage 1. What do you think of the recent article in Stat on this topic by Gil Welch at Brigham and Women's? (url below). I'll give you a preview; he ends the article with the statement, "Don’t get duped into thinking we can biopsy our way to better health." Is he biased, or could he be right? https://www.statnews.com/2021/08/31/liquid-biopsy-misplaced-faith-in-early-cancer-detection/

Testosterone the hormone of choice for post menopausal women.

Dr Rebecca Glaser at Wright State recently published in BMC Cancer a 10 year prospective cohort study demonstrating that you can relieve menopausal symptoms and reduce the incidence of invasive breast cancer 39% in women treated with Testosterone implants. Dr Gary Donovitz published in the European Journal of Breast Heath and retrospective study showing women treated with Testosterone implants have a 35% reduction in breast cancer. Should Testosterone be the primary hormone for replacement?
