Once you now define a group as having low muscle mass or low muscle strength, what is the implication in terms of mortality?

What does it mean to be both fit from a cardiorespiratory standpoint and a strength standpoint?

Have we seen an increase in mortality in the last decade as it relates to falls?

What is the impact of fasting on muscle mass and what are the potential tradeoffs one should consider?

What would be your minimum training recommended for longevity?

Hi Peter, Really love your podcast and appreciate the thoughtful approach you have to longevity and life in general. I'm a busy father of 3 working full time, trying to get through most days. I'm focusing on zone 2 on a bike 3 times a week when I can and using kettlebells in bursts of no more than 20 minutes. I think kettlebells cover a lot of strength and stability aspects of longevity as the best "bang for Buck" option out there. Am I wrong? Is there a better approach? I'm open to any other suggestions. Also, I am a fan of Pavel Tsatsouline and recommend him as a future guest on your podcast. He may cover a lot of the "old" Soviet Research which may be inaccessible for a western audience.
