Effects of hormone replacement at a cellular level on risk of degenerative brain diseases

HI Peter, I am a British Doctor and a complete fan of your podcast. I'm interested in longevity and APE4 status and Alzheimers risk factors and would be really interested in your views on the effects of DHEA, oestrogen (type, eg Premarin), progesterone and testosterone in female HRT including the mechanisms of action at a cellular level.

Bob Kaplan's History

1. Could we get an entire podcast interviewing Bob? I checked out his LinkedIn and I'd love to hear how he progressed through college studying poly sci, comp sci, and nutrition, got an MBA, and MS in E Phys. 2. More importantly, I'd love to hear how he learned to critically read scientific research and got into writing about research. How did he meet Peter? How does he perform research analyses at the level that would impress someone as obsessively critical as Dr. Overlord Peter Attia?

Is it time for an AMA on Alzheimer’s, to catch up on where the science is, any recommended protocols, etc?

My memory is that it’s been a while, which is why I’m asking. Richard Isaacson was on some time ago and the approval of the new medicine got a show or two. Can there be an AMA regarding this topic?
