The importance in maintaining stability and core strength have been discussed many times... as has Bob's interest in Hockey goalies! I am not a goalie but use this exercise physiologist's training routines... I've seen recent studies showing immune exhaustion of T-Cells and the negative effect of having too much viral load. Curious what the long term implications of that is for future contraction of sars-cov-2. Scenario: Native Contraction followed up by 2 shots of Moderna or Pfizer. After native contraction could the recommended dose be just 1 shot to prevent immune exhaustion of T-Cells or B-Cells?
