Where do you find the time and how do you get enough calories/nutrients?

Given that you are an advocate of a good nights sleep, you read the Daily Dad so must spend a decent amount of your time with your children, you spend a lot of time doing archery and racing on your simulator, you do 4 lots of 45 minute zone 2 training plus HIIT and plenty of strength training, on top of which you hold down a full time job, I was wondering where you find all the time for that and if it means you are only eating one or at most two meals a day, how do you consume enough calories to cover your exercise regime and make sure you have enough of all the right nutrients (I assume you don't consume a big stack of supplements)?

Overview of Parkinson’s disease prevention, treatment, etc.

The podcast has done a wonderful job diving into many aspects of Alzheimer’s disease including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, etc. As someone who has Parkinson’s in their family and is in their early 30s, it would be great to have an overview of the landscape for this disease including thoughts on data around prevention, strength conditioning and movement based therapies, supporting family members with evidence based interventions, and where things might be headed in the future.

Extending menopause onset for longevity

Hi Peter, Women’s reproductive longevity is perhaps the most important understudied field of medicine. And its link to our lifespans is unmistakable. There is lot of research around drugs, surgical interventions (plasma therapy), botanicals (black cohosh etc) to delay onset of menopause. Can you talk about strategies/evaluate treatments on how Extending menopause onset can help women combat the adverse symptoms of menopause and aid longevity? Peter Diamandis had an interesting conversation with Dr. Jennifer Garrison, PhD, Faculty Director of the Global Consortium for Reproductive Longevity & Equality, Assistant Professor at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging. Perhaps you can bring her as a guest too? Thank you!

Air quality, impact on health and longevity, and mitigation strategies

It seems like more and more frequently I am getting notifications about poor air quality in my area. I'm on the east coast of the US, and I believe it's far worse for folks on the west coast with forest fires. I'd be very interested to hear Peter discuss what evidence there is about the impacts of air quality on health and longevity. Additionally, I believe that there are multiple components that feed into the AQI score, including PM2.5, TVOC, and maybe others. I'd like to understand if there are certain components that we should pay particular attention to. Finally, I'd like to hear Peter discuss what we should do to improve health if we live in an area with poor air quality. Advice on exercise, diet, air quality monitors, and/or air filters would be very helpful. Thank you

Heart disease risk/prevention for competitive endurance athletes

Can you weigh in on signs, symptoms, and prevention healthy athletes can take to know if we’re at risk for heart attack? I’m a marathon runner, Ironman competitor, and health nut. Heart disease runs in my family. I saw a cardiologist before my first 140.6 and at 36, I had a CAC and am curious if there are other ways to identify risk. (Specifically after learning that Tim O’Donnell, professional Ironman triathlete and one of the world’s fittest men, suffered a heart attack during a race last Spring.)
