Peter’s Zone 2 Clinical Trial at CU Denver

What’s the status of this trial? I would like to participate if possible but the last time I checked I couldn’t find any data on it. I believe he spoke about this on his podcast with Inigo San Millan.

What podcasts does Peter listen to?

I’ve heard mention of listening to podcasts during zone 2. Which does Peter like to listen to? Bob?

Mustard, coconut and clarified butter for cooking

Hi Peter, Can you please share your perspective about using mustard oil and coconut and clarified butter for cooking? These oils are used extensively in Asian cultures and it will be great to have your perspective on it. Thank you!

Perspective on ivermectin

Hi Peter, Do you have a POV on ivermectin? It sounds there are have been 18 randomized trials, while small they seem to show some promise for covid in early stages. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8088823/ Also, looks like some countries are using it especially where there is vaccine shortage. Thanks!

Pregnancy and longevity

Women who get pregnant have measurably longer lifespans than those who don't. Could you elaborate on the epidemiology of this effect and/or bring on a guest to elaborate on what is known and go into the possible mechanisms for this? I know there is thought to be a very fascinating stem cell component that also has ramifications in other contexts such as remediation of ischemic heart damage, but I could also imagine an immune component is at play (for an entertaining read: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0165037803000524?via%3Dihub), or possibly an estrogen mediated effect a la ER-X receptor. I would love to hear your conversation on this topic and I think it would pair nicely with the other work you have done in the area.
