What supplements or treatments can increase epithelial nitric oxide synthase? I'm researching BPC 157, curcumin, and vitamin c. The background for this question is my wife has a family history of Marfan's syndrome and an enlarged aorta. She was taking Losartan which was keeping her stable. What do you think of gut health testing via services like Viome, Thryve, Psomagen, etc?
