Hi! Any thoughts on the spreading of Covid in correlation with mouth vs nose breathing? Background: Had a mild case of Covid myself in oktober, despite safety precautions — a bit of a mystery. Fortunately I didn't spread it to my girlfriend and recovered well. (shout-out to the Oura ring :) Reading about super spreaders made me wonder what makes a super spreader, well, a super spreader. This was followed by the mouth vs nose breathing thing. Am a nose-breather myself by the way ;)
Recently I read that immunity builds to around 92-94% from a single dose of the Pfizer vaccine after the first two weeks. Given that the recommended Johnson and Johnson vaccine is only 64%-ish effective, wouldn't it make sense to consider a single dose of the Pfizer vaccine instead?
