I'm wondering what might cause a high heart rate in an otherwise very fit and not particularly stressed person. My aunt has the same thing. My resting heart rate during the day is typically 85-95 even when I was a fitness instructor. It is not stimulants (coffee), drugs, etc. I'm a doctor so I know there is no obvious explanation. I passed a medical fitness test so can't get a referral to a specialist.. but I know it is not normal. I know you can't answer my particular health questions but perhaps you can answer generally speaking. Thanks Peter!! Looooooove your podcast. #gratitute
Hey guys. Not to sound "wo-wo-ish", but any possibility of having guests like Kenneth Cohen (https://www.qigonghealing.com/about-ken) and Bruce Lipton (https://www.brucelipton.com/about/)? They are both extremely knowledgeable and scientific and both are eloquent speakers. I truly believe that either one of them (or both) will make for enlightening, lighthearted and scientific conversation that will benefit all in your audience. Thanks so much and stay safe!
You have spoken a lot about what to eat, but what is your framework for those who know what are good foods in theory but have trouble maintaining in practice? Are there any easy/fast recipes for someone in the category of always eating fast food?
