Protein Restriction/Cycling

What are your views on the benefits of regular protein restriction? (E.g. 2 to 3 days of veganism per week that would create a cycle of high and low protein days). Similar to what you see in the Orthodox fasting calendar

Heart Rate

I'm wondering what might cause a high heart rate in an otherwise very fit and not particularly stressed person. My aunt has the same thing. My resting heart rate during the day is typically 85-95 even when I was a fitness instructor. It is not stimulants (coffee), drugs, etc. I'm a doctor so I know there is no obvious explanation. I passed a medical fitness test so can't get a referral to a specialist.. but I know it is not normal. I know you can't answer my particular health questions but perhaps you can answer generally speaking. Thanks Peter!! Looooooove your podcast. #gratitute

What is your framework for fixing a horrible diet?

You have spoken a lot about what to eat, but what is your framework for those who know what are good foods in theory but have trouble maintaining in practice? Are there any easy/fast recipes for someone in the category of always eating fast food?
