Vision for medicine 3.0 adoption

In a podcast (#311 ‒ Longevity 101) you mentioned the “purpose of medicine 3.0 is to try to address where medicine 2.0 has fallen short; it’s not to replace medicine 2.0.” What are the provider specialties (family medicine, ect.) and types (Doctor, nurse, PA, NP, ect.) you envision being the primary care provider in medicine 3.0? What are the roadblocks and opportunities to facilitate the adoption of medicine 3.0 by those professionals?
