Does taking your sleep supplements with water right before bed cause you to wake up and have to use the bathroom? Does that disrupt your sleep? I really struggle with waking up 5-6.5 hours into my sleep because I have to pee and then it’s always very difficult to fall back asleep. I try to only use as little water as possible to take my sleep supplements (4 oz or so) and also try to cut out my daily water intake fairly early in the evening. Any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
