I have been experimenting with PAP MD mouth tape for about two weeks now (https://getpapmd.com/products/papmd-mouth-tape?variant=47011976905010). I feel like I do sleep better/more rested overall. I do miss the small sips of water thru the night…but, overall, I feel like it’s helping me sleep better. My wife says I’m not snoring. What are your thoughts on mouth tape, nasal/mouth breathing during sleep and other good/bad side effects of mouth tape? I could not find anything specific to mouth tape in the AMA Archives. If it’s there, please point me to it? Thank you!
