Katalyst EMS Suits - worth it?

Wild Health recently did a podcast on Katalyst EMS suits: https://wildhealth.libsyn.com/how-to-maximize-muscle-growth-and-minimize-joint-pain-with-katalyst-ceo-bjoern-woltermann What are you thoughts on the benefits of such a device, either as an addition to existing routines, supplemental exercise, or for those that can't get as many full-length strength training sessions in per week as they'd like?

Lactate initial raise and dip during zone 2

I recently got a novo lactate meter and started testing. 39yo female, very average fitness. I noticed multiple times that my lactate would go from 1.5/1.3 to 3/2.7/2.8 after 10-20mins on 10% incline treadmill walk speed 2.5. However, lactate comes back to 1.3/1.5/1.1 if the same speed inclination continues for another 20mins. I was puzzled by this result so did some research. Both YouTube and Reddit community has reported similar results. My question is what is happening during the dip? Clearance rate > production rate? Is that a good/bad indicator? What does it mean for zone 2? Shall I aim to take the initial surge by ramping up? Or shall I increase the later intensity? Is it true that once your body goes past the 2 threshold, even if you drop back down, you fat oxidation is no longer optimal?

Treadmills

Hey Peter. Are there good or bad treadmills for training? I notice generally that woodways have the highest fidelity but feel stiff for example.

VO2 Max and Bicuspid Aortic Valve

Is it possible to increase your VO2 Max if you have a bicuspid aortic valve and/or an aortic aneurysm?

Brain supplements

There are a handful of popular supplements claiming to improve memory and cognitive facility, e.g. Prevagen, Neuriva, etc. Is there any evidence that any of these work?
