Low blood sugar levels during sleep

I am a non-diabetic using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM). My blood glucose levels dips below 65 mg/dL during sleep, occurring 2-3 times. Should I be concerned? How can I correct this?

Are Fish Oils now "bad"?

Dr. Attia, I absolutely love your work and have compelled many to read Outlive. The series with Liam "Thor" was spectacular. I've watched it twice. Recent CNN article suggests study of 415K UK people pointed towards healthy people taking fish oils were more likely to have AFib or higher stroke likelihood. Also said, it does help people with issues. “I can see the headline for this study as ‘Fish oil supplements: Is it time to dump them or not?’” said cardiologist Dr. Andrew Freeman, director of cardiovascular prevention and wellness at National Jewish Health in Denver. Would love to hear your views.

Does Use of RESPeRATE Result in Lowering of Essential Hypertension

I have been using RESPeRATE for one (1) year. Home blood pressure readings indicate that before use and after use blood pressure measurements decrease, and over the one year period of time my hypertension has diminished. Do you have any experience, evidence or advice in this regard. Paul Liemandt, Backus MN

mTor and cancer a red herring?

Peter! Just listened to your show with Luc van Loon and SO glad you asked thee collagen question. That aside, I heard in the show that there is lower mTor activity in the aged. At the same time, we know that cancer is more prevalent in that population. Can we then surmise that linking causality between mTor and cancer is a red herring? And by extension, that a whole foods, high protein diet does not actively contribute to cancer through the mTor pathway?
