Hello, there's an open access article in Cell Reports Medicine by Trommelen et al. (https://www.cell.com/cell-reports-medicine/fulltext/S2666-3791(23)00540-2?_returnURL=https%3A%2F%2Flinkinghub.elsevier.com%2Fretrieve%2Fpii%2FS2666379123005402%3Fshowall%3Dtrue) that seems to somewhat contradict the information provided during the Don Layman episode on protein consumption. This study, via in vivo human methods, would suggest consuming more than 50-60 grams in a sitting is actually creating more of an anabolic opportunity. This would potentially make it "easier" to get protein requirements for muscle synthesis fit into a day via large consumption in 1-2 sitting for example. Your thoughts?
